• Equipment and assistive devices
• Home modifications
• Transportation
• Personal care and respite

Eligibility Criteria

• PEI resident with a physical, intellectual, or mental health disability.
• Must complete an assessment with a DSP caseworker.

• Contact the Department of Social Development and Seniors.
• A caseworker will assess your needs and develop a support plan.
