The Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Program provides financial support to eligible families to help with the cost of child care for children from 12 weeks to 12 years attending licensed early learning and child care centres or homes.

Online: you must first register. When you register, a user name and password will be provided to you. Registration allows you to save and view your application for up to 30 days. Register or log in to your Subsidy Application.
