Le programme est con\u00e7u pour aider \u00e0 couvrir les d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaires encourues par les familles directement en raison de la d\u00e9ficience de l\u2019enfant. Parmi les exemples de services fournis, citons les frais de transport pour raison m\u00e9dicale, l\u2019\u00e9quipement m\u00e9dical, les fournitures m\u00e9dicales, les services de rel\u00e8ve et les cartes de m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-text\">Montant des prestations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:1.2em\">L\u2019allocation mensuelle est adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque personne, sur la base des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:1.2em\">un examen des besoins financiers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:1.2em\">l\u2019\u00e9valuation des besoins pr\u00e9cis de votre enfant par un travailleur social;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:1.2em\">Il n\u2019y a pas de taux fixe publi\u00e9 \u2013 les montants varient, mais sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par le personnel r\u00e9gional qui consulte votre demande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-text\">Crit\u00e8res d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:1.2em\">\u00catre r\u00e9sident de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:1.2em\">\u00catre un parent ou un proche s\u2019occupant \u00e0 domicile d\u2019un enfant de moins de 18 ans souffrant d\u2019un handicap de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:1.2em\">D\u00e9montrer un besoin financier \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9valuation exig\u00e9e par le gouvernement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:1.2em\">Il faut d\u2019abord demander d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 d\u2019autres mesures de soutien (p. ex., assurance-m\u00e9dicaments) avant de pr\u00e9senter une demande pour recevoir cette allocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-text\">Processus de demande<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:1.2em\">Contactez et rencontrez quelqu\u2019un \u00e0 la r\u00e9gie r\u00e9gionale de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description The SCWA program is available to families, assessed to be financially eligible, with a child who has a diagnosed developmental or physical disability.
