Description
Provides financial assistance to eligible low-income households to complete home adaptations for independent living.
Benefit Amount
Up to 17,500 per home.
Eligibility Criteria
- Household income under $134,140.
- Household assets under $100,000 (excluding home equity).
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee.
- Household has a member with a disability or tenant
- Home must be the primary residence of the person needing adaptations.
Application Process
- Complete the BC RAHA Homeowner Application Form
- Include supporting documents and, if needed, an OT/PT assessment.
