Up to $845 (or $1,045 in rural/northern areas), depending on income and home value.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must qualify for the Home Owner Grant for PWD.
- Adjusted net income must be $32,000 or less.
Application Process
Submit the FIN 65 form by December 31 of the tax year.
