This program provides access to registered dietitians for nutrition counseling and education to promote healthy eating and manage chronic conditions.

• Free access to dietitian services through Health PEI, including:
• One-on-one counseling
• Group education sessions
• Support for chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, heart disease)

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all PEI residents with a valid PEI Health Card.
• Referrals may be required depending on the service.
