Benefit Amount

• Up to $5,000 for general repairs.
• Up to $10,000 for seniors (65+) for accessibility-related renovations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must own and occupy the home.
• Must meet income thresholds.
• Home must require repairs to meet minimum health and safety standards.
