Description
Seniors Home Repair Program to help with the cost of repairs to your home. You could receive up to a maximum of $4,000 in assistance for eligible repairs like a roof, windows and doors, or a furnace.

Maximum of $4,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- You are age 60 or over at the time of application.
- You are a PEI resident (have a PEI Health Card) and a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Your combined income is $50,000 or less.
- The property is your principle residence and you currently reside in the home.
- You are an owner of the property or have a life interest in the property.
- Your property value is $300,000 or less.
- You have not met the maximum grant through previous applications to the PEI Home Renovation Programs.
Application Process
- Fill in the application for the PEI Home Renovation Program with all relevant details.
- Sign the declaration acknowledging your understanding of the program rules, and sign the CRA consent section authorizing proof of income.
- Prioritize your requests to renovations that meet your greatest need, as funding is limited.
Any incomplete applications will not be processed.
