Eligibility Criteria

You can get the Yukon Supplementary Allowance if:

• You are a Yukon resident.
• You are 19 years of age or older.
• You are considered unemployed because of severe or long-term disability, or are old enough to get Old Age Security.
• The Yukon Supplementary Allowance is a supplement to social assistance, so you must be getting social assistance to be eligible for the Yukon Supplementary Allowance.
